Nicole Preston

Nicole is a Director of Client Experience with Team Focus Insurance Group and has over 17 years of Property & Casualty industry experience. 

Nicole joined Team Focus in 2006 as a Customer Service Rep and within months moved into an Underwriting Tech role. Over the following 5 years, Nicole held several roles which included, Underwriter, Sr Underwriter, and Team Leader. Nicole was promoted to Supervisor in 2011 and launched the Tier II Underwriting Call Center that year. She was then promoted to Call Center and Data Services Manager in 2012 and took on the role of managing the New Business Underwriting Team in 2013. Nicole launched the Tier I Customer Care Center in 2014, was promoted to Senior Manager in 2015, and then promoted to her current role of Director in 2024.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Supervision and Management from Broward College, in addition to a 0220 General Lines Agent, and a 0620 Adjuster – All Lines License.
