Focus Insurance Services (FIS) is a Program Manager/Program Administrator. Our team has created over 25 insurance carriers and partnered with many more carriers as well as many MGA’s to help them scale their business. We can perform any function a carrier or insurance provider needs, including participating in product development and statutory reporting. The core of the service capabilities lies in performing the day-to-day functions of underwriting, policy issuance, customer service, claims handling and systems. With a proprietary and unique tool set to manage catastrophe exposures in real-time, Focus Insurance Services custom designs its service models to fulfill the specific needs of each client.

FIS will ensure that Underwriters and Customer Service Representatives are fully trained to perform task-based processing including but not limited to: Post Issuance New Business, Policy Changes, Reinstatements, Cancellations, Inspections, and more. In addition to the staff, our processing system contains high levels of automated underwriting validations, helping to ensure compliance with all underwriting parameters.

Claims Management
