Focus Insurance Services (FIS) is a Program Manager/Program Administrator. Our team has created over 25 insurance carriers and partnered with many more carriers as well as many MGA’s to help them scale their business. We can perform any function a carrier or insurance provider needs, including participating in product development and statutory reporting. The core of the service capabilities lies in performing the day-to-day functions of underwriting, policy issuance, customer service, claims handling and systems. With a proprietary and unique tool set to manage catastrophe exposures in real-time, Focus Insurance Services custom designs its service models to fulfill the specific needs of each client.

Underwriting
FIS will ensure that Underwriters and Customer Service Representatives are fully trained to perform task-based processing including but not limited to: Post Issuance New Business, Policy Changes, Reinstatements, Cancellations, Inspections, and more. In addition to the staff, our processing system contains high levels of automated underwriting validations, helping to ensure compliance with all underwriting parameters.
Policy & Claims Administration
Our cutting-edge Policy and Claims Administration system, PolicyPort, is specifically designed to seamlessly handle both commercial and personal lines of business. With its flexible and customizable features, it effortlessly adapts to meet the unique needs of every client.
Claims Management
Outsource claims management to the experts. Our team of claims professionals are licensed in multiple states and have 100+ years of experience in all aspects of claims management. Our claims team is also well versed in industry standard software for estimates, claim searches, and weather incident reports.
Billing & Accounting
Our comprehensive Agency and Policy Accounting department at FIS is equipped to handle a wide range of tasks as part of our extensive services. These include, but are not limited to, efficient payment and premium collection, policy adjustments, daily reconciliations, and secure ACH payment of commissions.
Agency Services
Our experienced Agency Services team is ready and able to handle all of your agency administrative needs. We handle all aspects of the agency relationship including contracting, product authorizations, maintenance/agency updates, agency sales, book transfers, license verifications and more.
Print, Mail, Imaging, & Check Processing
Our dedicated Team has decades of insurance experience and are trained on the specific requirements of each client to manage mail intake, distribution, indexing into document systems, secure check processing and output management.
